Keep on Trucking

Asta Schuette, N10, and her partners saw a hole in the Boston lunch scene big enough to drive a truck through. And soon enough, they did just that, winning Boston’s Food Truck Challenge and becoming one of three vendors allowed to park in City Hall Plaza. Their Bon Me truck—named after bánh mì, the Vietnamese sandwich that’s a featured attraction of their tasty, sustainably produced cuisine on wheels—opened for business this April, to rave reviews.
