COVER BOYS
The Tufts Magazine multi-page cover story on my fellow alum, actor Peter Gallagher, A77, was a real treat (“Gallagher’s Golden Moments,” Fall 2005).

In the same issue, I also read with interest the brief write-up on Bernard Gordon, H97 (“A Kindness Repaid”). Mr. Gordon is an accomplished entrepreneur who has given generously to Tufts. More fascinating than his genius as an inventor and his resulting success, though, is his continued benevolence and his extraordinary devotion to family.

May I suggest that in the future individuals like Bernard Gordon might merit just as much coverage as someone like Peter Gallagher? Mr. Gordon may not be a famous actor, but his life story would undoubtedly have made for an intriguing long-form article!

Alissa Krinsky, J92
Chicago, IL

Editor’s note: Mr. Gordon was the subject of a feature article and appeared on the cover of the winter 2000 issue of Tufts Magazine (then Tuftonia).
